RULES

Create a 2250pt Legal Warhammer Army. The Rules for your army are for the ruleset in effect on November 1st, including FAQs. (Ex. Skaven)

900 points of your army must come from Core Choices.

Special Characters or Named Characters are allowed. If you bring an especially abusive list, be prepared to be put in the corner with a box of crayons. If you have questions on this ruling, email CoreComp@oldfartsofwarhammer.com for a Pre-Judgement.

No White Dwarf Lists, Web Lists, or Back of the Book, ask your opponent Lists.

Bring a 40mm (Ogre sized) Objective Marker themed for your army.

Objective Markers and Armies must have a minimum of 3 colors on all models and be based.

Bring at least 2 paragraphs(of a minimum 5 sentences) of Fluff (Army background)

Have fun.

Lists are to be exchanged AFTER the game, not before.

Terrain is placed in the normal manner as described in the rulebook (12” from the center, alternating placement, etc).  All terrain on the table must be placed.

After placing terrain, roll for deployment as normal.  Before the first player deploys, they will place their objective marker, followed by the other player placing theirs.  The objective markers must be placed at least 18” from any board edge, and at least 12” away from each other.

Objective markers are controlled as terrain at the end of the game.

Deployment zones are up to 12” from the long table edges.

Use Victory Points as described in the rulebook to determine the outcome.  If a player concedes, their opponent will receive full Victory Points, as well as full Objective Points.

If at least two of your non-War Machine units have not left your Deployment Zone by the end of the game, you will receive a -3 points for that round.
